Our client requires a parts advisor to work for a main car dealership in ... The ideal candidate must have knowledge/experience within the motor trade and previous experience as a parts advisor is an advantage. You must also have excellent communication and customer care skills and the ability to work in a team.
Typical day-to-day tasks include:
dealing with customers or mechanics, taking orders in person, over the phone and via email
checking availability of parts on computerised stock records
getting parts from the storeroom or warehouse or, if out of stock, ordering parts from suppliers
putting orders together, booking couriers and sometimes making deliveries
dealing with payments
