Marketing / Branding / Category Development Manager


P&S personnel are seeking a Marketing / Category Development Manager to implement and develop my client’s products within various areas. Working with the Brand Development Manager you shall be ensuring my clients product is brought to the market in line with the category business plan and budget.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for the generic brand strategy and development whilst managing the implementation of the project launches via the project management team. You will be working with a team of national account mangers to ensure optimal support for the range, as well as delivering growth plans and previous experience of this is essential.

You shall have experience actively driving growth, profit and development. Ideally you shall be able to demonstrate an experience of making business development recommendations to the senior management team.

Skills Required:

- Commercially astute
- Excellent / confident relationship building skills
- Strong Planning and prioritizing experience
- Analytical
- Able to sell ideas clearly
- Excellent presentation skills
- "Can do" attitude
- Sense of urgency
