Consultant Clinical Psychologist / Head of Psychological Services - NorwichWe are currently looking for a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the Norwich area of Norfolk. The hospital offers medium secure services for men with personality disorders, learning or developmental disorders and challenging behavior. It also provides low secure services for both men and women with learning disabilities and associated challenging behavior.Job SummaryTo work autonomously within professional guidelines and exercise responsibility for the systematic governance of all psychological services and psychologists , and to ensure that systems are in place and working effectively for the clinical and professional supervision and support of all other psychologists, including clear systems for professional appraisal and identification of CPD needs. To ensure the systematic provision of a high quality specialist clinical psychology service within the Hospital, including implementation, monitoring and review of the cognitive behavioural support programme. To contribute as a senior member of the clinical team to the overall operation and development of the clinical programme.
