Great Norfolk Hotel - Norwich - Chef de Partie WANTED!

This property is a beautiful Four-Star, 130 bedroom property located in the great Norwich area. Having been awarded rosette status for its great food, this property is always looking maintain and build upon their reputation, striving for high standards at all times. This Hotel is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team and support the brigade.

Duties of this Chef de Partie position will include: * Preparing fresh produce prior to service * Maintaining the establishments high standards * Working effectively as part of a team * Working from own initiative to ensure all jobs done * Working on all sections within the kitchen * Ensure all Health and safety legislation is adhered to

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Applicants for this position will be hardworking talented individuals with a passion for fresh produce and great cuisine. Chef de Parties must be hard working individuals with high standards at all times. A progressive stable CV is a considerable bonus as is rosette background although it is not essential.
