Matron Manager - Cromer - £45k + benefitsOur client, a nationally recognised charitable organisation, is currently seeking an experienced manager to join their friendly 74 bed nursing and residential home in the Cromer area. If you are a forward thinking and determined qualified RGN with current management experience who is looking for your next challenge then this is the ideal role for you. This role requires a proactive and experienced individual who works effectively as part of a team and as a manager. We are looking for: An experienced RGN home manager Evidence of post-registration achievements including care of the elderly Current clinical experience Supervisory management skills and experience Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Knowledge of the Care Standards Act Experience in the field of Dementia Care Budget and business awareness ENB 998 or NVQ Assessor (desirable) Relocation package is available. The successful candidate will be confident, experienced in home management and enthusiastic in supporting staff development and training. They will, in the first instance, focus on the delivery of person-centred care, the safe administration of medication and the introduction and development of Enriched Care Plans.
