Job Description
We \"KNEAD\" a DEMI PASTRY CHEF to \"RISE\" to the challenge!
This position is within a beautiful Brasserie Style 2AA Rosette accredited property in Norfolk.
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Chef to work within a small brigade. The ideal candidate must have determination to succeed and creative flair in the kitchen. The position will require an applicant with pastry experience, with rosette background as desirable. The chosen candidate can expect the opportunity to develop their career through learning and progression within the establishment. The role will involve maintaining standards of hygiene and consistently assisting to improve standards of food quality. The property serves on average approximately 150 covers per day, with NO BANQUETING. INCLUDES LIVE IN!
Qualifications/Experience required:
The ideal candidate will be a confident chef, highly focused and passionate about food prepared to a high standard. Applicants should also possess NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and appropriate hygiene, health and safety certification is essential. An excellent stable CV with good references required.
