Senior CDP/Junior Sous Chef required for this 1 Rosette property in Norfolk serving modern British cuisine.
This position would suit a quality Senior CDP or Junior Sous who is commited to achieving the highest of standards - you will need to be adaptable and focused working to the business demands.
Qualification/Experience:-
The ideal candidate will require a stable, good quality background. All applicants will require NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications, a current food hygiene certificate and a willingness to learn and progress.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
