Job Description

My client is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Executive covering the sales of their bespoke Engineered products..

Duties/Responsibilities:

To take overall responsibility for the sales budget and sales division performance.

  • €¢Work with the Sales Manager to define and implement strategic growth plans

  • €¢Monitor quotation progress with customers

  • €¢Initiate marketing campaigns

  • €¢Monthly reporting to Directors on sales progressing, marketing and order placement

  • €¢Resolve all technical queries with customers

  • €¢Monitor and oversee customer relations

  • €¢Ensure all quotations meet customer requirements, and comply with all Company specifications and regulations

  • €¢Investigate new customer potential

  • €¢Work with the Sales Manager to ensure the Industrial Sales Office functions smoothly

Key skills:

  • €¢Should possess Graduate Education along with a minimum of three years experience, of which one or more must be within a technical product sales role, preferably heating equipment or hazardous area products.

  • €¢Should have previous management experience

  • €¢Should have effective communication and presentation skills to work closely with senior management and technical people as well as the ability to respond to detailed questions from Directors, clients and customers

  • €¢Ability to effectively negotiate with clients and position as a differentiated product provider.

  • €¢Must have good analytical skills.

  • €¢Tenacious approach to expanding sales and the drive to succeed.
