| Deputy Call Centre Manager required in Great Yarmouth to join a successful, established team including twenty five call centre executives. Candidates will be experienced in Call Centre operations and currently working as a Team Leader or as a Deputy. The role will be responsible for One to Ones, coaching, training, appraisals, evaluations, team leading, motivating and dealing with allocation of workload to teams with assistance of the Team Leaders. The Call Centre employs part time and full time staff who are all appointment makers who cold call new and existing customers. They use the NEC Aspire Telephone System, ACT! database and are now using call monitoring programmes as well. You will be a professional, outgoing person who has a minimum of 3 years call centre experiences/market research (inbound/outbound) experience who is adaptable to working within a fast paced and changing environment. The salary will be in the region of £19,000 basic with a bonus of £5,000 per annum paid quarterly and based on performance and targets. Hours are 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. |
