A National leader in digital print technology requires a Business Development Manager to be based at their Great Yarmouth facility. Our client is a market leader supplying screen and digitally printed products to the leisure and non-leisure business sectors. Due to changes within these areas, they are keen to identify an enthusiastic and motivated individual to seek out new markets and consequently increase sales of digital print. Over the past year the company has invested almost £1m in state-of-the-art flat-bed digital printing and cutting machines, enabling them to stake their claim to be one of the UK’s leading players in this specialist field. Responsible to the Sales Director, this exciting new role involves identifying and following-up leads, face-to-face contact, and thereafter liaising with production staff to ensure total client satisfaction.
You should have an extensive and impressive track record in a B2B sales/marketing environment, and have strong interpersonal skills. The biggest skill that we will be looking for is an ability to be innovative in seeking out new opportunities for the production facilities available in Great Yarmouth. An appreciation of print would be an advantage although full training will be given. Strong computer literacy skills are a necessity and the ideal candidate will display such qualities as dedication, flexibility and a strong company commitment. A full and clean driving license is essential. The Company offers a competitive employment package that includes a starting salary of around £30,000 pa, a car, 23 days annual holidays, rising to 28, a contributory pension scheme, and free life insurance.
