Full Description:
Sales & Marketing Manager required by a Great Yarmouth eRetailer. The successful candidate will develop sales and marketing initiatives while managing a telesales & online marketing team in a busy and fast growing eRetailer with multiple brands. You will develop new areas for proactive exploitation, monitor sales and liaise with customer service manager to ensure performance levels match client expectations. Online marketing expertise is essential for this role as you will be expected to identify areas for improvement to current online and mail order proposition & operational processes in order to maximize uptake and usage and improvement of content. This knowledge should be detailed and specific and include knowledge of managing online marketing campaigns in specific, PPC, SEO, SEM and both email and viral marketing campaigns. You will also need a strong commercial acumen to ensure a clear product and pricing strategy to deliver margin based performance. It is absolutely essential that you have experience of online retailing. This is a new role and carries an initial starting salary of £30,000 plus a performance bonus and the usual benefits for such a role.
