| An interesting and demanding new sales role has been created in Great Yarmouth. Our client is a major UK Casino chain and they have a vacancy for a New Member Sales Manager. The role will entail creating new business through the introduction of new members; through proactive outreach and campaigns, member referral drives, cold calling, corporate, residential and generating new business through implementing local attraction strategies. Working to predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aimed at ensuring new members register with the unit and that a pipeline of future new players is created. Your success will be measured by ensuring that membership grows above a predefined amount. You will absolutely need a proven track record in face-to-face sales and / or telesales; including the ability to covert potential players into new members. You will have experience of outreach/lead generating activity in previous work and the ability to understand KPI’s and proactive lead generating. Excellent customer service skills are a must and a knowledge of the UK Leisure Market in particular Health & Fitness and Food, Beverage and Entertainment will be a distinct advantage. There is a base salary of £18-22,000 per annum with a further £12,000 for on target performance (currently being exceeded by all sales staff around the UK). | |
