Full Description:
Cooper Lomaz Recruitment is looking for a Sales And Marketing Manager who will be the business lead in development of our Clients sales and marketing initiatives in addition to managing a growing telesales & online marketing team in a busy and fast growing eRetailer with multiple brands.

In order to achieve this you will be required to look at the development and management of pipeline of leads and identity key growth areas and new areas that our Client can proactively market into. In addition to this you will monitor sales and liasing with the Customer Service Manager to ensure performance including development and management of appropriate reporting and accountability of sales targets.

Additional duties include:

Lead ongoing measurement and evaluation of the business process in order to maximize conversion of sales generated both online and via the telesales department.

Identification of areas for improvement and develop & lead implementation of appropriate sales strategies and provide P&L statements for the company.

Desirable:

Knowledge of managing online marketing campaigns in specific, PPC, SEO, SEM and both email and viral marketing campaigns would be an advantage in being considered for this position.
