Must have grade C Maths and English or equivalent and catering / Bar experience in a relielf manegment role. A formal hospitality qualification would be a strong advantage. Duties include assisting head of department with co-ordination and planning. Stock and wastage control.
Will also provide team briefing on behaviour, and sales . Ensure guests are treated well at all times. Comply with all leagle requirements regarding licensing food hygiene COSH and all other relevant procedures.
