Full Description:

Must have formal catering qualification B TEC / Degree, group trainer skills and intermediate food hygiene.
Catering / Bar management in a senior role.
Duties will include assisting head of department with co-ordination and planning activities.
Improve budgeted cost of sales through effective ordering, stock and wastage control.
Ensure all operating equipment and material costs are efficiently controlled. Ensure guest satisfaction is attained and maintained by offering the highest standard of guest care.
Ensure all staff are fully trained and comply with all legal standards. Attend briefings and company meetings.
