Experience in a Manufacturing environment (Possible textiles or label printing)and supervising staff is essential.

You must have the capacity of earning your teams respect.
Duties include allocating work, and prioriting production schedules, controlling batches and quantities setting individual targets.
Training, coaching and encouraging underachieving staff. Improving health and safety standards and good housekeeping.

Achieve daily targets making efficient use of resources, i.e. Material, Staff and Machines.

Hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm
