Field Sales Executive - Home Based – MyJobGroup are expanding and due to our success we have created a number of new higher profile sales roles

As part of the rapid growth in our business and an aggressive business plan, there are now plans to further develop our client base and market presence.

No Nonsense Field Sales Executives required who can close!

Predominently a new business role you must be highly motivated, target-driven and organised sales professional to be instrumental in identifying and attracting new clients.

Key Responsibilities:

£ - To identify and attract new clients by building a targeted hit list of prospects via cold calling, existing database clients and networking.
£ - Freedom to approach all industry sectors within your territory over a certain size.
£ - Establish strong strategic relationships with clients, leading to the positioning of MyJobGroup as first choice for all current and future recruitment
£ - Building and maintaining a high level of competitor, market and customer knowledge
£ - Selling market leading, professional and successful products based around online recruitment, presenting propositions, ideas and strategies to senior and board level decision makers
£ - Offer superb sales ability leading to high-value, long-term client involvement in job-posting, employer-branding and other ancillary products on site
£ - Delivery of outstanding results against challenging targets
£ - Close liaison with telephone sales and management teams to communicate key requirements of new clients
£ - Account Manage your larger clients to sustain revenue
£ - Maintain accurate records via internal database and CRM

Key skills and experience required:

£ - A ‘closer’ with a passion for winning New Business and a consistently high target achiever
£ - Ability to sell Face to Face presenting the case for our product and services.
£ - Ability to close smaller orders 'here and now' over the telephone
£ - Possess excellent ability and understanding of sales; first class communication skills, strong customer and commercial awareness
£ - An aptitude and enthusiasm for building rapport and trust with potential clients
£ - A good understanding of the recruitment business, including the role of the internet
£ - A focus on maximising personal rewards, You will be focused on maximising your personal rewards.
£ - Ideally possess a minimum of 2 years previous commercial selling and business development experience in online advertising, online marketing or relevant industry (or strong B2B closer)
£ - A proven, denonstratable, strong track record of sales success
£ - A no-nonsense, self-starting approach to lead identification and client targeting in order to achieve targets

Benefits include:

£25,000 base to include car allowance OTE £45,000
