The role involves working as part of a vibrant and dedicated team of Tele-Fundraisers on behalf of numerous UK and Worldwide Charities involved in raising awareness, gaining support and commitment from the public for our Charity client’s fundraising initiatives.

You will have a clear telephone manner and an eager and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer service. You will need ambition and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. In return for your commitment and success, you will earn excellent rates of pay. Plus, of course, you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you have made a significant difference to the lives of others through the work you do.

Full training program is provided for all new employees, with ongoing coaching, training and performance enhancement activities. This is not just a job, but a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing skills and experience.

Paid on an hourly basis, your basic hourly rate can be as high as £7.50 P/H based on performance. In addition to your basic salary, performance related incentives and bonuses are a key part of your package with OTE for full time employment circa £17k per annum. You will receive 28 days paid holiday per year increasing annually for every year’s service up to 33 days paid holiday for full time employees, including current bank holidays.

We have a variety of shifts available to meet your needs: Full Time, Part Time Hours for working parents including Evening and Weekends.
