| Will be required to check, validate/clean data & statistical analysis EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS Academic, technical and professional education and training. • Degree level education WORK AND OTHER RELEVANT EXPERIENCE (INCLUDING TRAINING) e.g. Specialist knowledge, levels of experience, skills, supervisory experience, research. • Experience in all of these areas: o Project planning o Research ESSENTIAL o Experience with relational databases (MySQL) & competence in SQL scripting essential. o Attention to detail essential o Microsoft Access experience required o Some experience with Crystal reports Desirable Skills • Training skills. • Healthcare management or healthcare IT PERSONAL QUALITIES AND ABILITIES • Ability to produce regular reports for study sponsors, company executive and directors • Ability to monitor progress against project timelines • Must be a proven self starter • Ability to motivate and lead other members of team Desireable Skills • Staff management • Ability to prepare business plans, funding and costing models • Successful pitching for business or achieving grants OTHER e.g. Special circumstances (if any) appropriate to the job such as unsocial hours, travelling, physical requirements etc. Essential • Ability to work flexibly • Travel to meetings in London and offsite support of field based personnel required |
