LMC Partnership is a Consultancy Practice established in 2002 in response to an identified need for a specialist Practice to act in the capacity of Alternative Procurement Consultants and Partnering Advisors and to offer strategic management and financial advice in these fields. We focus mainly on the Social Housing Sector and our Clients include Registered Social Landlords, Local Authorities and private Companies seeking to adopt alternative procurement strategies and develop their construction activities in a Partnering environment for New Developments, Responsive, Cyclical Maintenance, Planned Maintenance and Re-investment Programmes.

We have established a reputation for innovation and have, for a number of years, implemented partnering strategies that are now being more universally adopted as second and third generation partnering arrangements.

We work throughout the UK, operating from offices in Dereham, Norfolk and Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.
