Care Principles` services are based on a positive philosophy of valuing every individual. This means that there is an expectation that every patient, resident, visitor and colleague will be treated with respect and dignity at all times.

The Team

At each facility there is a multi-disciplinary team responsible for all aspects of patient care. This team includes consultant psychiatrists, consultant clinical psychologists, registered nurses (RMN / RNMH / LD D Grade equivalent and above), social workers and care staff.

Teachers, therapists, session leaders and activity co-workers provide a comprehensive daily therapeutic programme, and dieticians, physiotherapists and speech therapists also provide services as required. These services are supported by a dedicated team of administrative and ancillary staff.
