of Excellence around the country. Seven elite locations with the talent and tools to sell, handle, manage, change
and answer questions about our products. Offices filled with people capable of delivering world-class customer service.
They’ll be in Bishopbriggs, Leicester, Norwich, Perth, Manchester, Stretford and Southend. So if you
live anywhere near these areas, then you’ll have lots to look forward to – more jobs, more management
opportunities, more chances to specialise. And bigger teams of friendly colleagues to get to know.
There are two other big changes, too. We’re re-branding as Aviva. It’s our global name –
one that’s recognised as the world’s fifth-largest insurance group. And, lastly, we’ve revolutionised
our recruiting methods. Now, we’re less concerned about your background and experience. We’re more
interested in your natural strengths and talents, for example how you negotiate, the way you change your manner
according to who you speak to and your ability to spot a great business opportunity. Then we’ll find you the
job that matches your personality perfectly.
So, if you’re good at selling, then great. But don’t think that’s all insurance is about.
